MANIA

MANIA

MANIA is the alias of Tom Wilson, a 23-year-old DJ and producer hailing from Aylesbury. MANIA's journey into music began with drumming at school, but he soon realised that it constrained his creative ambitions. Fascinated by electronic music, he spent his teenage years on FL Studio, honing his production skills across various genres like house, trap, and future bass.

In 2019, MANIA celebrated a pivotal moment when he signed with Universal Music under his prior alias, Tom Wilson. His subsequent releases achieved over 25 million Spotify streams alone and saw further collaborations with esteemed electronic platforms such as Lowly (Trap Nation), and NCS (NoCopyrightSounds).

2022 marked a transformative period in Tom's musical journey. He outgrew the genres he had previously explored, prompting a desire for a fresh start. During this time, he found his creative spark in the world of drum and bass, and MANIA was born. In early 2023, Tom introduced MANIA with a series of edits on SoundCloud and his productions have since garnered DJ support from the likes of Hedex, Charlie Tee, Andromedik, Fred V and ShockOne

Tom's debut as MANIA on the international stage took place at 2023's notorious Amsterdam Dance Event, where he supported Andromedik and Fox Stevenson. The day after this performance, MANIA released his debut single "Pick Up The Pieces" on NCS, marking the beginning of an exciting journey, packed full of music.
